Management Committee Structure

The church is governed by a democratically elected committee consisting of:

  • Chairperson & Deputy Chairperson
  • Secretary & Deputy Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Additional committee member(s)

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible fundraising and stewardship
  • Financial oversight and reporting
  • Property and asset management
  • Formation of task teams and sub-committees
  • Development of membership by-laws

    Meetings & Accountability

    • Monthly committee meetings
    • Quorum requires a majority of members
    • Recorded and confirmed meeting minutes
    • Sub-committee decisions ratified by leadership
